I've decided to add an advice column to my blog because, well, people tend to come to me for advice A LOT & I'm incredible at keeping secrets. Maybe it's because I'm a therapist, maybe it's because I've been through some shit & have lots of experience making wrong decisions, maybe it's because of my 3/5 Human Design profile... whatever the reason, apparently I'm very helpful when responding to people coming to me looking for advice & guidance.

While I cannot act as your therapist in this column & my advice cannot replace that of the health professional you're currently seeing, this is a space where I will nonjudgmentally & lovingly tell you my honest thoughts on your situation.
